Users do not care about The Flow. It doesn’t matter to them that you are following a script. What’s important to users are the consequences of The Flow—that you always seem to know what question to ask, that you keep the data-modeling meeting moving forward, and that you ask specific, direct questions that help the users maintain their focus.
