OVERVIEW

The book begins with an explanation of cash flows, returns and compounding a present value to a future value and then develops the calculations into net present values and internal rates of return. In subsequent chapters the methods develop these formulas to analyse fixed income products, derivatives, foreign exchange, equities and leasing.
