I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The Small and Medium Business
Microsoft considers a small business to be one with just a few servers (maybe even just one) and less than 75 users. There is a bit of overlap with the medium-sized business, which has between 50 and 500 users and up to 50 servers. You don't hear or read about these organizations very much. There aren't many press releases or case studies about them. You could be forgiven for thinking that they are a bit of an irrelevancy if you work in a large organization, but you would be badly mistaken.
Maybe the majority of Microsoft's revenue does come from larger corporations and government departments, but the majority of its customers fall into the small and medium business (SMB) category. Most IT professionals either work ...
