Microsoft considers a small business to be one with just a few servers (maybe even just one) and less than 75 users. There is a bit of overlap with the medium-sized business, which has between 50 and 500 users and up to 50 servers. You don't hear or read about these organizations very much. There aren't many press releases or case studies about them. You could be forgiven for thinking that they are a bit of an irrelevancy if you work in a large organization, but you would be badly mistaken.
