Chapter 4 Enabling External Connectivity

When services run on-premises, they are already part of your network infrastructure and are readily available for access and integration with other services. When a public cloud service is used, specifically Azure, the services are accessed via the Internet, or at least initially via the Internet. This chapter focuses on Azure networking basics and how to enable connectivity to VMs running in Azure.
