In previous chapters, we talked a bit about sprints, but we haven't yet explained them in depth. This chapter focuses on defining sprints and what tools you should use to track the work that needs to get done on the project.

We are still in the phase of trying to make sure that your project is going to be successful. In the Define phase, we outlined the purchase process, organizing your team, and project governance.
