Resolving the scenario

The scenario can resolved by using the calendar control on the View so that the records would appear with the text of the subject on the date of the appointment. Let's look at the steps involved:

  1. Navigate to Settings | Solutions and click on Vendor Management. Click on Vendor entity to edit its properties. Tick Notes and Activities to enable it for the entity. Save and publish the entity:
  1. Navigate to Forms | Main Form in the Vendor entity. Click on the General tab and click on Change Properties, and choose Formatting as Two columns and click on OK:
