6.5. Proof of Concept
Once you have put together your financial justification and received approval from the proper people, you should set up a proof of concept to prove the technology works as expected. A key factor in the success of your Hyper-V project is thorough testing based on realistic scenarios, hence the term proof of concept (POC). Realistic scenarios require a test environment that simulates your production environment as closely as possible.
