In most organizations, Windows 7 will be a member of a domain, so it is important to know how to properly configure it in a domain environment.
In this chapter we discuss peer-to-peer networks and the advantages and disadvantages of this network model. We will also look at Windows Server 2008 domain-based networks using Active Directory and how to configure Windows 7 to work within the Windows Server 2008 domain environment.
