This is the stage in which MX, TXT spf, and CNAME auto-discover records cited previously may finally be changed so that new emails will be delivered into Office 365. There are different strategies for performing cutover, including cutover-first-and-migrate-later, cutover-after-migration, and hybrid configuration with Exchange on-premises.
