Chapter 11. Customizing Redmine
The previous two chapters were about what could be called customization. And that's natural, because after we have learned the application, we will want to make it fit our needs better. Thus, personalization is a customization that is made by users, using the permissions that they have. Installing plugins is a customization that can be done by server administrators (don't confuse them with Redmine administrators). However, those chapters describe common things that are done by everyone who installs Redmine.
