9.4. Configuring Asset Intelligence
If you upgraded to Configuration Manager from SMS 2003 SP3 and were using Asset Management, then Asset Intelligence data collection is already enabled on your Configuration Manager site, and you don't have to worry about this section. Keep in mind, however, that the Asset Management category in SMS 2003 has been renamed to Asset Intelligence. When you upgrade to Configuration Manager, the existing Asset Management reports will be deleted, and the Asset Intelligence reports will be added in their place, deleting any modifications that you made to the stock reports and more than likely any custom reports that you added to that category as well.
