13.6. Verifying Client Installation on Mobile Devices

You can verify the installation of the mobile device client in a few ways, depending on the administrator's preference. You can verify the clients by reviewing collection membership, by reviewing the mobile device client installation logs, by using the mobile device itself, or by using reports.

13.6.1. Verifying Using Collection Membership

To verify using collection membership, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the System Center Configuration Manager console, and click Site Database.

2. Click the Computer Management node.

3. Click the Collections node.

4. Select the All Windows Mobile Devices collection.

5. Review the results pain to verify the client is in the collection.
