Summary
In this chapter, we've covered Sysprep, creating the reference image, and how to do all this in a supported method. The key takeaway from all this is that, with MDT 2013, you can, every month if you chose, build a new golden image in a repeatable supported fashion. We can get away from manual steps, entry points of human error, and questionable methods.
In the next chapter, we'll cover default user profile customization in depth, which will certainly be part of the reference build process for you, going forward.
