A

Acceptance criteria: The criteria that a system or component must satisfy in order to be accepted by a user, customer, or other authorized entity.

Affinity diagram: A group creativity technique that allows a large number of ideas to be classified into groups for review and analysis.

Adaptive approach: A development approach focused on the discovery and progressive refinement of user needs all along the project.

Agile: An iterative and incremental approach to the project that emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and delivering value to customers.

Assumption: a form of hypothesis considered to be true to enable project planning.
