Retouching allows you to modify your images in-camera. If you like to do digital photography but don’t particularly like to adjust images on a computer, these functions are for you! Obviously, the camera’s Monitor is not large enough to allow you to make heavily creative changes to an image—as you could do within Nikon Capture NX 2, Lightroom, Aperture, or Photoshop—but it’s surprising what you can accomplish with the Retouch Menu.
