In this example, we have conducted an assessment to gather information on the current user install base of 5,750 users, and we have built up a picture of the types of users and their requirements, along with their location. This is detailed in the following table:
We now have information on the different types of user and their requirements, and can now start to consider how we are going to deliver the requirements to the end users.
