I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

XPages made its official public debut in Notes/Domino version 8.5, which went on general release in January 2009. In the intervening 5 years, there have been five more releases, and that’s not including the XPages Upgrade Pack, which shipped for 8.5.3, or the many XPages Extension Library releases on OpenNTF.org. Even since the first edition of this book was published in 2011, two other XPages books have come to market; the XPages Portable Command Guide and the XPages Extension Library. XPages boasts a vibrant global development community that has adopted, extended, and innovated with the technology in so many different ways to build a veritable myriad of applications.
