The Systems Development Life Cycle—System Implementation

The purpose of this phase in any project is to accomplish the effective implementation of the project’s products or deliverables. Whatever their nature, their implementation represents some level of transformation in the ways that business operations are performed in the organization.

This deployment of a new system, subsystem, or component represents the introduction of a change into the organization that has the potential to produce both stress and a rise in individual resistance to that change.
