Managing Problems Related to Information Systems

A critical look at the everyday reality in any modern organization offers us a good basis for our analysis about how information systems are currently used in organizations, with insight into the processes of design, development (build and test), and implementation (exploitation). We can then build a picture of a landscape full of problems, tensions, and difficulties that will lead us to believe that this profession cannot be described as mature according to its results.
