Getting Ready for the MCAS Exams
The Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) exams are a form of hybrid multiple-choice question and document-processing simulation exams. On the exams for each of the Microsoft Office 2007 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access), you are asked to either choose the best action for a given situation or perform a series of tasks, or both. The test isn’t designed to trip you up at all; it’s a test that measures your knowledge, skills, and ability to understand instructions and apply a correct solution to an application-based problem.
