Skill 25 Divide Whole Numbers

Another basic arithmetic skill you must know is division. Later on in this book you will work on dividing with fractions, but this skill is about dividing using whole numbers.

Your best bet in improving this skill is to work a lot of practice items. Again, speed is important. The practice items in this section are easier than most you will find on the ASVAB, so if you don’t do well on these, start practicing all kinds of division items so that your focus on accuracy and speed is second nature.
