A. A single WDS server can deploy images to systems with different hardware configurations, including both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
C. Prestaging a client computer is done by creating a computer account in Active Directory with the computer's GUID. The computer is then "known," and the WDS server will respond to it. Sysprep would be done on only a custom or standard image after it has been configured and before it is captured. Computers cannot be prestaged in WDS. Since the new servers can't connect to the WDS server, you wouldn't be able to log in.
