1. D. In both the original and R2 versions of Windows Server 2008, Windows Server Backup is not installed by default when you install the operating system. You need to install Windows Server Backup as a server feature from the Features node in Server Manager. Windows Server Backup is not an option found in the console tree of either the Computer Management or Server Manager snap-ins. The ntbackup utility was used for performing backups in Windows Server 2003 and older server versions; it has been replaced by Windows Server Backup in Windows Server 2008.
