Pulling It All Together
Congratulations! If you have reached this chapter, you have done the following:
- Articulated your organization’s reasons for measuring
- Described the users and the measures they need
- Specified the measures overall for your organization, and identified measures for important programs or department initiatives
- Defined how you plan to collect the data
- Selected the types of reports you will use to communicate to stakeholders
- Decided how you plan to share the data (that is, in what form, to which stakeholders, frequency, and timing)
