So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Introduction
In Measurement Demystified, our goal was to simplify measurement, analytics, and reporting by introducing the Talent Development Reporting principles (TDRp), a framework that provides a common language for measures and the reasons for measuring. TDRp uses three categories to facilitate the discussion and selection of measures, and recommends that L&D organizations adopt three standard reports for the management of individual programs and the entire department. Finally, TDRp offers practical advice on how to use the measures and reports to meet stakeholder needs.
