Reporting
Congratulations! You have now selected measures to include in your measurement strategy for the coming year or perhaps just measures to meet a specific need. The next order of business is to decide what to do with them once the data are available. How should you share this information? What format should you use? This chapter provides answers to these questions, starting with a return to the measurement hierarchy for guidance on reporting.
