Implementing Measurement and Reporting

Over the past five years, L&D organizations increasingly have embraced measurement and analytics. They have replaced static scorecards with interactive dashboards to ensure they uncover the underlying causes of underperforming programs. They have also begun to monitor key results to determine if measures are meeting agreed-upon thresholds.

Despite the creation of more attractive and user-friendly reports, however, much of the measurement work still focuses on informing and monitoring progress, which are the two lowest rungs on the measurement maturity curve.
