How do you prepare for a gig with a media server? When you accept the job, there are a few questions that should be asked in order to make your job a lot easier onsite. In this chapter we will examine a few of the essential steps you can take to be prepared before arriving on the job site.
In addition to the media server(s), you may need other pieces of gear to make the connections between console, server, and display devices.
