IS THERE ANY WAY we can avoid the need to break out of established value networks when we step into the Intersection? Yes, but only if we have not built them in the first place. For example, at the start of a person’s career, there has been little chance to form any. In addition, if you have led an incredibly diverse career, routinely going from one field to another, you may not have had enough time to develop deep networks.
