Abstract
The concept of memristor was postulated by Leon O. Chua; it is known as the fourth fundamental circuit element. This memristor element explains the relation between electric charge (q) and magnetic flux (ϕ) [1]. The notable properties of the memristor are bistability, switching action, and being of both resistive and memory-like nature. The physically implementable emulator circuits were proposed in the literature [4], and these emulators are behaving like real memristors.
