The reversal field is a 1 ns pulse at the direction 30° off the grain anisotropy easy axis, while a steady circular ac field is applied in the horizontal plane. A red cell indicates irreversible magnetization switching, and blue otherwise. The switching field of the grain without the ac field is 12,000 Oe.
