Abstract
As the discovery of interfacial thermal resistance, it has attracted many researchers’ attention for studying. In theoretical research field, some models have been put forward for explaining mechanism, including AMM and DMM. Based on these theories, MMM and other related revised models have also appeared to make theory of interfacial thermal resistance more complete and accuracy. Besides theoretical methods for its research, molecular dynamics simulation methods, atomic Green's function, and lattice dynamics method are applied in, too.
