Setting up Elasticsearch

To set up Elasticsearch, download the latest version from the Elasticsearch download page (https://www.elastic.co/downloads/elasticsearch) and extract it, as shown in the following example; this book uses Elasticsearch 6.1.1, that can be downloaded from the release page of 6.1.1 (https://www.elastic.co/downloads/past-releases/elasticsearch-6-1-1):
