When it comes to successfully implementing a new technology like Microsoft 365 Business, there is no substitute for planning and preparation. Whether the user base is 10 or 10,000, without thoughtful planning, you will be setting yourself up for a lot of grief and, most likely, failure in your deployment.

One of the lessons I’ve learned from having been involved in numerous technical projects is that when end users participate in the implementation, the chances for a successful deployment are higher. When end users feel that they are part of the journey, they feel invested, which paves the way for better adoption of the technology. Your investment in Microsoft 365 Business is only as good as the end users adopting it. So why not make the most out of your technology dollars by rallying end users to champion its use?
