In this chapter, we will discuss multifactor authentication. Multifactor authentication is when you add another way, besides a username and password, to authenticate users. This creates another layer to help secure your apps, services, and more.
Microsoft Azure Active Directory supports multifactor authentication. It does have an extra cost unless you are a Premium Active Directory user.
In this chapter, before discussing multifactor authentication, I will explain how you add a guest user, say, a user with a Yahoo account.
