Monitor and optimize data solutions
Any resource deployed in Azure will work under normal conditions as expected. However, bad things can happen over time. Even if there is no problem at all, your best estimations will not exactly match reality in terms of resource consumption, data volume, and usage.
You will need to monitor what is going on with your resources — how they are used, how well they react under stress — and take actions to address malfunctions or optimize behavior and resource usage.
All Azure resources start to send information to Azure Monitor as soon as they are deployed. Azure Monitor is a centralized service to collect resource data. It receives two kinds of information:
