I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 4. Data and storage security
Data and storage security are about securing the data while it is at rest. The title of the chapter might seem a bit redundant, because data and storage security can be thought of as the same thing. However, many people think of storage security as securing the disk on which the data is stored. Any security for the data itself is inherited from the security applied to the storage system. In contrast, data security is security applied directly to the data, so no matter what the storage medium is, the data remains as secure as possible.
