How to do it...

1. In your web browser, navigate to https://dev.azure.com and log in with your Azure DevOps account.
2. Open the televisionShow project.
3. On the left menu, select Pipelines | Releases.
4. Click New pipeline.
5. On the Select a template dialog, press Empty job:

6. On the Stage dialog, set Stage name to Create testing environment. Click the X in the top-right corner of the Stage dialog to close it.
7. Click Save in the top-right corner of the screen.
8. Click OK.
