Print Preview
Excel's Print Preview feature lets you see what a report will look like before you print it. If a report doesn't look perfect, you can use Setup, Margins, and Page Break Preview buttons right inside the Print Preview dialog to make adjustments. When you're ready to print, click the Print button.
To preview a report
Choose File > Print Preview (Figure 4).
or
Click the Print Preview button on the Standard toolbar.
or
Click the Print Preview button in the Page Setup or Print dialog.
A preview of the current sheet appears (Figure 23). It reflects all Page Setup dialog settings. The Print Preview toolbar appears above the window.
