Printing

The Print dialog enables you to set print options and send a document to the printer.

Print dialog options are broken down into a number of settings panes, which vary depending on the type of printer. For example, here are the panes available for my two printers:

  • Copies & Pages (Figure 30) enables you to set the number of document copies and the range of document pages to print.

  • Layout (Figure 31) enables you to specify the number of pages per sheet of paper, a layout direction, and border.
