He has been a freelance technology writer and speaker since 2001, and is author of several books and video courses, including Exchange Server Fundamentals Video Mentor. Before going freelance, he served as CIO for a national chain of hospitals and healthcare facilities, and as network engineer for the US Department of Defense at Fort Knox, where he oversaw Exchange Server.
