Internet Mail Wizard
The Internet Mail Wizard (IMW) is designed to guide you through the process of establishing Internet e-mail for your Exchange users. The IMW is launched from within Exchange System Manager. The wizard is very useful for administrators who are new to Exchange. Note, however, that it cannot be used for all Exchange servers. For example, the IMW cannot be used to configure Exchange 5.5 (or earlier versions) to send or receive Internet e-mail. In addition, you cannot run the IMW on Exchange servers that are clustered using the Windows Cluster Service or Network Load Balancing, or on Exchange servers that have multiple network cards configured with separate networks that have IP routing enabled between them.
