Exchange Control Panel
ECP is a browser-based administrative interface that is designed to serve a number of purposes:
User self-service: The simplified management interface allows users who don’t have Exchange administration knowledge and skills to perform many of the day-to-day tasks that have stolen so much time from administrators in previous versions of Exchange. Users can configure their mailboxes to meet their own needs without asking an administrator to update their Active Directory account or use EMC to update a mailbox setting. This ability alone addresses a major bugbear and cost point for Exchange.
