Transport pipeline
The Get-TransportPipeline cmdlet can only be executed on a server that has the hub transport or Edge transport role installed to reveal the set of transport agents that have been used since the last time that the transport service was started. Each agent is shown alongside the events for which it is registered. Agents can be attached to connection events, categorizer events, and SMTP receive events. Connection events occur when delivery agents such as the Store driver submit or accept a message. Categorizer events occur as a message is examined to determine its best routing path and to finalize the set of recipients.
