The Exchange Performance Troubleshooter Assistant was created as an offshoot of ExBPA. It functions by collecting some performance data from a server to compare against known problem conditions and then works out some remedial action that an administrator can take. It’s possible that this utility will provide the essential insight to allow you to solve a performance problem on a server, but the truth is that technology is now so complex that we are past the point where a utility that covers only a small number of potential issues can add real value when a server suffers performance problems.
