Exchange migrations are just like any other type of solution deployment: They require practical planning to ensure success. This chapter outlines some of the more important aspects for migration planning and some common problems that you may experience in the field.
According to Gartner, around 20 percent of small IT projects fail. This number increases to 28 percent for large ($1 million+) IT projects.
