You can configure protocol logging to record the SMTP conversations between your Mailbox servers and other mail servers or clients. Protocol logging can be enabled on a per connector basis, but just like the connectivity logging options, the configuration of the protocol log file settings is made using the Set-TransportService cmdlet. The following screenshot shows these available properties:
