Edward Brothers works as a software development consultant in the Seattle area. With over 16 years in this field, he has a broad range of experience spanning building complete test organizations and developing test automation to writing database conversion tools and honing creative troubleshooting skills doing product support for Microsoft in the late 80s. Ed has instructed and developed material for new hire training programs and is very active with Boy Scout and Cub Scout camping programs. Many of his recent consulting activities have entailed conducting detailed analysis of existing test procedures then evaluating where different types of test automation can be employed to achieve the greatest ROI.
