Integration with Other Applications
As is typical with many Microsoft back-office applications, one of its key value propositions is integration with other Microsoft applications. Microsoft touts its concept of “better together” when selling its products, and Lync Server 2013 is no different. After the client is installed, there are hooks into several other Microsoft applications, which are discussed in this section.
