Chapter 20. Introducing Entourage
Users new to Office for Mac may think of Entourage as an email application. But while mail handling is certainly Entourage’s main function, it does much more than that.
Personal organizer. You can add personal and business contacts to the Address Book, schedule appointments and other events in the Calendar, record to-do and follow-up items in Tasks, and store important bits of information in Notes.
Newsgroup reader. If your ISP (Internet Service Provider) offers newsgroup support or you want to read posts concerning major hardware and software manufacturers, you don’t need to hunt for a newsgroup reader. Entourage is more than up to the task.
